Founded by Courtney Donilon, Haven and Hall was created out of Courtney's deep sensitivity to people, environments, and the way experiences make us feel.
Long before hospitality became her career, its core tenets shaped the way she saw the world. It's about noticing beauty, understanding energy, and caring about how spaces and moments impact people.
That perspective naturally led Courtney into events and hospitality, where lodging creates comfort and belonging, and gatherings create connection, celebration, and meaning. Over time, love for the industry grew alongside a clear realization: many passionate owners had built successful businesses on the outside, but internally struggled without a clear revenue strategy to support their goals, values, and long-term growth.
